日常放鬆的好夥伴,了用來泡澡,還有很多用途天的時候,一直都有在使用風車藥浴包來泡澡,某次經風車調理師建議拿浴包來浸泡足部,才發現足浴也能舒緩身心在炎熱的天氣使用藥浴包不會讓身體更加,用完反而會有通體舒暢的感覺,而且很清爽,有種相見恨晚的感覺!

Q1：請問使用方式？

A1：使用藥浴包可以先準備一個提水桶，水的部分將蓮蓬頭轉到全熱水裝7-8分滿，將1小包藥浴包放入，約10分鐘泡開後，可以先以紗布巾沾濕、擰乾後，把紗布巾捲在手指頭上，將頭髮撥開清潔頭皮，因為比較會發生油膩的是在頭皮處，擦完後趕快用吹風機吹乾；擦完頭皮後，再把衣服脫掉以粗顆粒毛巾來做身體擦澡的部分，藥浴包含有大風草跟艾草等成份，有很好的清潔跟收斂的感覺；其實也可以挪用一部分的水，稀釋後幫寶寶洗澡，有安定心神、幫助睡眠的效果，擦澡剩下的水也可以泡腳，幫助周邊血液循環。

Q2：一定要用煮沸過的熱水嗎？可以用熱水器出來的熱水泡嗎？

A2：因為藥浴包需浸泡於熱水10分鐘後，方能釋出精華！所以建議用煮沸過的熱水浸泡或蓮蓬頭轉到最熱的全熱水，浸泡10分鐘後再使用！請注意水溫合適後再使用，但水溫如果太低怕會受涼。

Q3：詢問藥浴包是否孕期也可以使用？

A3：可以，孕期也可以作為泡腳使用，此外更建議使用我們孕媽咪養生茶，幫助媽咪補充營養之餘，也可以促進代謝。藥浴包除了坐月子時期，讓媽咪擦澡使用，之後也可舀一些稀釋並幫寶寶洗澡使用。

Q4：請問保存方式？

A4：風車藥浴包是以白色夾鏈袋包裝，取出要使用的單包藥浴包後，請將夾鏈袋妥善密合，並放在陰涼乾燥處保存。

Q5：使用藥浴包的好處？

A5：幫助舒緩放鬆、味道清香、讓產婦月子期間也能舒服坐月子！在月子期間以熱水泡過10分鐘後，使用擦拭方式淨身。孕期可泡腳舒緩，月子期間可幫助溫暖！平時日常保養及男女老少皆可使用！
