After years of research, Dr. Chuang discovered that there are three critical periods in which a woman must take special care of her body - "menstruation, postpartum care, and menopause." These are the “Three Springs” of a woman's life, and so Dr. Chuang established "Windmill Wellness" to focus on women’s health and help women nurture those around them.
The happiest thing for a mother is to be able to care of her daughter at every stage of her life. The kitchen is where this love and care is expressed.
